"Pathetic Service ! I had a very horrible experience at this boutique. The day I visited for purchase, the designer seemed to be so soft spoken and friendly.. but after I wore the outfit it got completely ruined.. the fabric got shrinked upto 10 inches after dry cleaning.. Alka said that it was the company's fault who did it.. but I have been giving them all of my clothes since last 10 years and it never really happened.. when I visited the store to complain about it.. she did not even spoke to me.. only her helper came to me.. when I tried to confront her.. HER HUSBAND SHOUTED ON ME LIKE ANYTHING !!! ALKA TOLD ME THAT HE IS PSYCHOLOGICALLY NOT WELL AND IS VERY AGGRESSIVE.. I would like to warn all the customers to better not visit her store.. because she does not guarantee good fabric quality and her husband needs to be in a mental asylum rather than her studio.. ! hope this helps"
